Your client is moving to Portugal. Send them to me.
Sooner or later one of your clients asks about Portugal. I am a licensed US real estate agent living in Cascais, so I can look after them here the way you would look after them at home, and in the language they already think in.
You stay their agent. I keep you informed from the first call to the deed, and you are paid a referral fee agreed in writing before I speak to them.
Five steps, and you know where we are at each
You introduce us
Send the form below or email me. We agree the referral fee in writing first.
I call your client
Usually within a day. We talk about budget, timing, schools and where they might want to live.
The search and the viewings
Shortlists, video tours from abroad, and viewing days when they fly in.
The purchase
Offers, the promissory contract and the deed, with Andreia de Deus Rijo on the legal and tax side.
Your fee, at completion
Paid when the deed is signed, as agreed at the start.
What your client gets

An agent who works the American way
Buyer representation, regular updates and straight answers. In Portugal the agent usually acts for the seller, so this matters more than it sounds.
The whole move, not just the house
Tax number, bank account, lawyer, schools and a rental first if they need one. The parts that happen in Portuguese, handled.
Legal and tax advice in English
A Lisbon tax lawyer on structure, double taxation and succession, before they sign anything.
Your relationship stays yours
When they sell in the US, or their children buy, they come back to you.

Tell me about them
Just enough for a first call. I will come back to you to agree the referral before I contact your client.
